Great place to stay when You visit Scotland ! Very peaceful, quiet and clean. Really enjoyed this too short stay :) For sure if we will come back to Scotland, this place is perfect to stop :) Very good breakfast with beautiful landscape outside (as You can see on attached photo)! Owner Fiona makes very nice atmosphere :) Also very good place for golfers. Close to airport in EDI (45 minutes) and St. Andrews Golf Course (10 minutes by car).

The lovely warm welcome was a perfect reflection of the stay we had. Clean, well equipped rooms and delicious home cooked breakfast. Fiona was helpful and friendly, we definitely recommend

Great wee b&b hosts very welcoming and the weekend we had we got lucky the sun shone on the Sunday great for collecting some salty kisses and getting our toes in the Sands.

We had a great time, beautiful location with lovely rooms. Very welcoming hosts, we wish we had stayed longer.
