Absolute disgrace!!! I'm a carer and called on behalf of one of my clients. I asked the lady if the driver could possibly go to the door and let her know when he was there and if he would be able to lift her wheelchair into the vehicle. I was told they are not carers and while they could do what I asked they would not give the client any assistance whatsoever. I said that's fine and all I wanted, I didn't ask for anything else, she told me not to get snotty and hung up the phone. Disgusting attitude! You want to give yourself a good talking too! Manners cost nothing
Still got dividers up so could not sit in front of car, made it difficult to get in and out with fractured foot. Not a issue with other firms
Good price and service but they still have plastic dividers up and don't allow passengers in the front with the driver
Staff on desk were friendly, but the driver who picked me up was very rude and unprofessional, quite argumentative and left the meter on whilst I was counting my change to give him, so it bumped from £6 to £6.20, which is fine but his attitude was shocking and demanded the 20p, which I gave him. His overall attitude was terrible, car was dirty and front seat had his things scattered all over.

Back in September 20th, called this lot to ask if they could pick someone up and bring them to a carehome. This 'someone' that I wanted a cab for was a Catholic Priest who doesn't have transport. I needed himto come and administer the last rights to my mam. It was a Monday evening...about 7.30pm. It was clear that I was upset as it wasn't a call I wanted to make. She'd been given about 12 hrs. I explained all of this to be told there were no cars available. At 7.30pm....on a quiet Monday evening? Couldn't B A, more like. Won't ever use or recommend anyone to use again. No reflection on drivers...they never got the request. If I could remove the 1 star, I would! PS...Priest did get there...thanks to another cab firm, Steve's.
Called to ask for a pick up at 11:30 on Saturday night and was bluntly told that they wouldn't pick up at that time. There was no apology or explanation, just a blunt NO! Very rude and unprofessional. Will never consider using ever againService: Limousines
New to the area booked a taxi for as soon as possible, told me it would be 30 minutes, waited for a text or call back to tell me it was on its way or arriving, received nothing, called back after 45 minutes to ask where my taxi is, was met with an extremely rude man who told me that they don’t have a text or call back system in place, told me that the taxi waited for 10 minutes outside and then drove off because I didn’t show up, I’m not quite sure how this company think customers are going to know that the driver is waiting outside for them if they don’t have this in place, please note that they will not let you know when on the way if you book through these guys, pretty risky considering you won’t know the reg of the car that’s meant to be arriving for you, with all the horror stories you hear with taxi firms this seems a recipe for disaster, I’ll be using other local taxi firms in the future
On time at very short notice. Friendly driver. Recommended
