Would leave no stars if I could, avoid!!! Had a taxi booked well in advance, called the firm three times in advance to confirm this booking as it would be taking my grandad for his first day out since April. This was to celebrate a special family occasion. Turned up and couldn’t get him in the taxi!! Not only this but the taxi driver mentioned this is a common occurrence that the office staff don’t bother to even check if they can fit the wheelchair in the vehicle. Couldn’t attend our special day because of this company of which we travelled 300 miles for, disgusting and incompetent!!!
Fast and efficient. But they don't take card payment, spent 50% longer than necessary trying to find a cash point after picking up my wallet from home. I had just come out of hospital so it wasn't a planned journey.
Brilliant service. Taxi arrived on time, for me to catch an early Express Coach. Cheery driver, Who was chatty & chipper for that time of day. Recommended by a relative, and will be a client of Them from now on.
Borderline ridiculous. got us trekking up and down to find them, couldn’t name number plate of the driver. Horrible service when in the car.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Complete shambles of a company. Specialist wheelchair accessible taxi was booked well in advance and contact was made to confirm this multiple times in the week prior, yet the taxi that arrived was not suitable. The driver informed us that this issue was common with the company not checking suitability before dispatching drivers. The result was us as a party not being able to celebrate as intended, as no resolution was offered by the company and they were unable to share alternative options. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I was recently picked up from work by a lovely lady driver. Very friendly and talkative. It was a pleasure to travel in her taxi. X
This company is amazing they helped me out in a really difficult situation after my dogs emergency surgery. The person on the phone and the driver were both helpful and really understanding. If it wasn't for them I would have been stuck 14mile from home with no options, I cant thank them enough for their amazing service.
