Taxi turned up on time, got us to where we needed to be on time even with terrible traffic problems on the day. Pleasant, helpful, reliable and reasonably priced. Office staff helpful too. Would highly recommend

Very rude desk clarke .made me out to be a liar saying the taxi turned up when it didnt .it was 15 min late and we were standing outside waiting for it .there was no need for rudeness and not even apologie from them .i will be sticking with parkside from now on .

Mam needed taking urgently to doctors - I searched for Taxis close to NE23 as that's her post code - told person what the pick up and drop off (Killingworth)was and was told they don't do that area! Jeesus it's the SAME post code they are BASED in!!!!!!!
