Would not recommend this taxis firm to my worst enemy. The dispatchers need a lesson in how to operate the system. They left my disabled husband to stand out in the cold on one of the worst coldest days of the year. This is not the first time this has happened. Thank goodness they did not renew the contract with Nexus. The drivers are not to blame it's the dispatchers. I hope they can sleep at night.

I have used Phoenix's 51 seat coach for the last 3yrs to take my Association on its winter and summer day outings. I have always found the firm very accomodating in planning and costing the trip in order that it will be a success. The drivers are courteous and professional. I have no problem in recommending this company for others to use.

Staff I talked to where friendly and polite. Especially a bloke called Matt. Reliable service and efficient... what more do you want

Horrible company. Rude staff who don't care about customer service, a culture of lying to customers and a point blank refusal of manager contact. Stopped using years ago and recent experience means I won't be changing that anytime soon.

Not sure what went wrong here. 

Got the automated service which said the taxi would be there "shortly".

Phoned back and was told that it would be 45 minutes.

Maybe the automated service needs improvement. Had I not phoned back I would have missed my train.
