I met Rumel at the British Transplant Games. He's the first physio I'd ever met who looked beyond soothing the current problem to actually solving it at source. He made such a massive difference to me in 4 days at the Games that it was well worth travelling for an hour to see him at his practice at Shaw. He listens well, explains everything and predicts what will happen next as the body adapts to the treatment and exercise. I have complete faith in him. Every week I feel better and I can't recommend him highly enough.

After months of failed ‘treatment’ through the NHS, a few sessions with Rumel and we instantly saw improvement with my back. Suffered with a severely bad back for 18 months and I feel I am almost back to normal. Cannot recommend Rumel and Paul enough. Thanks Guys! You work wonders :)

I visited Tara physio as I had pain in my glutes.. I had the pain for months an put it off! I went to visit rumel over at Tara physio and he diagnosed with periformis syndrome..that had been troubling me for months!! Rumel actually worked his magic and I was instantly relieved in one session! Can't thank you enough!

I have had the pleasure of both Paul and Rumel's excellent knowledge. I had previously experienced two other physiotherapists when my son suffered a serious knee injury playing rugby 4 years ago. Paul's knowledge was extensive and his use of acupuncture alongside traditional methods helped my son understand his injury so he could train to a higher level than before and return to competitive rugby. Rumel has been instrumental in helping my daughter, who competes internationally in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has worked with her to help her recover from injury quickly and has been instrumental in helping her achieve success this year by educating her on the importance of preventative exercise. Rumel has personally helped me recover from injury this year and I loved the fact that he worked with me so I didn't have to stop training! I don't hesitate to recommend Rumel or Paul as you will get a first class service.
