I've known Scott, Rick and Lucy for a while and always heard brilliant things about this place. I recently started running and developed sever hip pain during and after even short runs. My first call was to SPUK and was booked in with Alan who instantly spotted errors in my posture and form. The treatment and advice was perfect. I can now run run without pain even entered my first triathlon. I honestly thought that I'd need surgery or give up training. 
Booking is easy, both online and over the phone. I get a text and email, and can rearrange easily if I need to. Nothing is too much trouble for the team.

Just had a assessment today and not only do I feel a physical improvement but I have a deeper understanding of the issue. Everything was explained so clearly and calmly. I'm confident Sports Physio UK is gonna help get me fit again

Had a thorough assessment today, followed by some treatment and all I can say is SUPERB! Excellent patience and guidance. I felt very comfortable and calm in a professional and relaxed environment. I am looking forward to my next appointment next week. 
I left feeling positive and relieved physically and mentally.
Highly recommend for knowledge, quality and overall complete service.

had my second appointment today with Scott ! Very knowledgeable and really put me at ease ! Felt a million times better the day after I had my appointment ! They also got me an appointment the same day - they knew I couldn’t walk ! Would recommend to anyone ! Thank you so much :) all ready for my holidays now x

Less than 24 hours after my visit, and after 10 months and trips to the doctors with no hope - just 22 hours later I already can feel the difference in my back! 
The assessment and treatment was professional, friendly and very effective. Rick the physiotherapist gave me every confidence that I would improve and gave me great exercises to complete to help the process - I should have gone here months ago!
