Visiting Tania’s made my day this morning! The most charming family-run shop with incredible teas and delicious confections. Ghassan the owner is incredibly hospitable and friendly, and made my visit a lovely experience. Had the best coffee I’ve had in London here, and a delicious homemade cheese pastry. Don’t miss out on this absolute gem in Hampstead.
Best spot in London. Ghassan and his son are so lovely and hospitable! The food is so delicious, best falafel in London. The coffee is great. Everything is homemade and just fills your heart -not just your belly - The ultimate Lebanese hospitality makes the experience so much different, feels like family ;
Lovely little independent cafe tucked away in a quiet alley off of the main road. Good coffee and amazing home made chocolate the lovely owner makes fresh every morning. A real little hidden gem! With lots of awards
A lovely little place with lots of good stuff, coffee and home made chocolate. But the best part is the owner - he will even offer you blankets if you're cold.
I cannot recommend this family run cafe highly enough. The coffee is incredible, the food is made with love, and the man who runs the place manages to source the most incredible nuts, berries, teas, spices and more from all over the world. They make their own chocolate and cakes too, as well as a menu of savoury pastries, wraps, salads and more.
You’d need to seek this out in the shambly Antique and Craft Emporium alleyway. Quirky, enterprising family business that ploughs its furrow with its own inimitable “concoctions”, and a range of ancillary artisanal products that deviate from the commonplace. The coffee is flavoursome, robust and highly recommended. The confined surround inviting rather than claustrophobic. But the chief draw card here be the host, an engaging raconteur, well versed in Levantine hospitality and warmth. Almost everything here challenges expectations in the best possible way. Like I said; seek this out.
Me and Mrs A soon named “Princess” by the cafe owner were wondering around Hampstead on Easter Sunday looking for a nice tea/coffee stop - most were full with queues, then we saw the sign for Tania’s down a small alley. WHAT A FIND!! We were lured in by one of the nicest, genuine, and friendly cafe owners you could ever find. Tania’s is a little treasure trove of authentic produce - home blended teas, delicious coffee, and home made chocolate. And, for Hampstead, incredibly good value - so much so that I had to buy an additional chocolate bar! If you are ever in Hampstead check it out - you will not regret the friendly experience and the delicious products. A joyous authentic find in an increasingly commercialised world! Will be back soon….
The food is composed of extremely high quality of ingredients, and the coffee is high quality and carefully made. This is palpable in the taste. The gentleman is very welcoming. The prices are completely affordable and reasonable given the quality. The surroundings are comfortable and the place is planning to expand this year in size and layout.
Went to get lunch here and this was the cutest place ever! It felt so homely inside. The owner let me try his chocolates he makes and I bought one it was really nice as well as the chicken wrap and for the price it was amazing!
A little gem of a place where the owner really cares about your experience. Try the chocolate with peppercorns and their special blend coffee. Very tasty. Will be back!
