One of the worst KFC in Sauga, no room to sit, food small and expensive for some reason. A Tuesday special with small gravy came out over $7 with no explanation from receipt or cashier. Chicken small and dark from old oil, will not be coming back any time soon!!!Food: 1/5
First time my partner and I got food poisoning from KFC chicken! It was definitely from here because we had nothing else except KFC and homemade rice for dinner and then brunch the next day. That night we finished the leftovers our stomachs started hurting sooo much and we puked out everything else we ate. It was awful. I'm so sure it was the KFC chicken. Nothing against this place and this was maybe our 2nd time ordering there, but maybe there needs to be better care handling food there. It always seems busy there with only 2 workers 1 front and 1 at the back.
Had a craving for KFC. I am forever turned off KFC after what I received as chicken here. It was not edible. It was full of oil and dark skin from frying in old oil. The fries were not fresh. All in all a gross take out meal. Wish I could get my money back and hope I don’t get food poisoning Food: 1/5
Ordered a family bucket with popcorn chicken, the meal was inedible, rhe Chicken was so overcooked the batter was capable of chipping teeth. It was dark brown almost black. The Popcorn chicken was cold, and hard as rocks. Tried to contact the restaurant, but they don't answer their phone. Will never order from here again
ZERO STARS for Service! This take out tipping has got to stop. My husband got a dirty look because he didn’t tip for driving himself to the store and getting a sandwich!!! Another time we came at 9:50 and was told to get out because they were closed. Get out???? I don’t know how this place is surviving in all honesty. It’s terrible. It’s called the crack kfc for a reason.
This is a very old location. Since the 1970's. Bucket is no longer lit or turning on the pole outside. Inside is dated looking and worn out. Flow at entry/exit doesn't work well. Staff is sometimes good and friendly, sometimes they have no care of speed or efficiency. But it still operates. Parking: Always sufficient parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible. Far from current codes.
The food is okay. However we bought a four piece dinner and got three pieces. That is the first time it's happened. And the staff are really nice to us. We have a favorite store that we go to when we crave KFC. because the staff are nice and the restaurant is clean.Food: 5/5
This KFC is not good at all. The chickens were not crispy and the popcorn chicken didn’t taste great either. Service was not friendly at all!! The guy that was taking my order looked like he was having a bad day or doesn’t want to there. I would not recommend wasting your money here.Food: 1/5
DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! Received burgers with black lettuce and stale patty
The Cashier on this day May 27, 2024 was incompetent. We ordered the coupon that clearly states 2 chicken burger and 2 popcorn chicken. And she didn’t serve the popcorn chicken and her reason was “I didn’t punch it in” and she had a nasty attitude as if it was our fault that she didn’t punch it in??Service: 1/5
