Horrible, I order a beef burger with barbaque sauce and chips. The restaurant was empty. They made me wait over 35 mins for my order. It tasted like rubber, disgusting. They also added lots of barbecue sauce. I couldn't even hold the burger as it was so watery. The chips were very dried too. The toilets were dirty and smelly. I told the kitchen stuff and cashier, didn't get even an apology... They just listened, took my plate and minded their business. Never again.
Never again. Extremely dry chicken wings. They were so tough it was like chewing rubber. I said no onion in the lamb wrap and no ketchup in the burger but they were ignored. The chips were overcooked and therefore hard. Very poor service and terrible food. Do not waste your money there.
I got excited when I saw 50% off but not even worth that. Chicken and prawns were terrible don’t look cooked and all white. Covered in terrible sauce only thing nice was the peri rice
Always a good shout to fill the belly before the game... have to say when it first opened the quality of the food was better but still not bad ... get that toilet fixed please
I ordered food and when it came my butterfly chicken and chicken wrap was raw! i called the store and they told me to come to the restaurant and they would cook me a fresh order. reluctantly i went as this was the only option, when i arrived i the manager had a serious attitude problem as if i was lying or it wasn't raw. i showed 3 members of staff the chicken and they all agreed it was raw. the manager walked away in to the back room and was still disagreeing with me after all staff member said it was raw. they cooked me a fresh order and bagged it up, so i asked if i could check it before leaving. one member of staff cut one piece open and said this is raw too it'll have to be cooked again. i wanted my money back but was assured it would be amended and the new one would be thoroughly cooked. i was given a 3rd order and told it was 100% cooked, i returned home only to find the chicken was the worst cooked out of all previous. so for the second time now i had to drive back and demand a full refund. once again i showed all members of staff and a waiting customer the chicken and asked if they understood how ill this could make me! this is by far the worst experience ive had with roosters and i have been a customer for a long time! do not eat from this branch as they obviously have no idea about food hygiene and safety!
The food was nice . But its different from normal piri piri chicken . The sauce has a different taste but its a little strong . Different is not bad afterall . Their salad is very nice and yummy . Its different in a very yummy way . I loved it .The coleslaw is very nice and their chips are just superb as they are cooked the way they should be . But the thing i didnt like is they do not give any extra sauce with it . You have to buy it everytime with your meal . And this is so stupid to pay for the sauce everytime . Refill for the drink is not free too. So you have to buy it when ever you feel the need . Overall food is nice and a new person can try it other than the piri piri famous in town now a days .
The service was decent, I wouldn't complain about that tbf.. The Beef burger was under cooked to my liking but suprisingly tasted delicious. The wedges were a decent portion and were cooked perfectly! Ketchup and Mayo are free like most places but all the really nice sauces are 50p. During the Corona epidemic you would have thought they had wet wipes but the didn't, they did have a sink with hot water to wash your hands with but no soap which was disappointing and inconvenient ‍
My boy: I loved the kids food and the apple juice was great. The spicy rice was good too.
Unreal for a Friday lunch! Very fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Lebanese beef wrap is 10/10
Although the food is good enough except for the Lebanese menu I suggest that it should be removed being Lebanese myself I find it to be insulting also another important thing is that they say that the toilet is broken I’ve gone there a few times I believe they are lying only the stuff are using the toilet if you want to use the toilet you have to go to the pub on the corner also the last time I went there the floors were dirty nearly every table was dirty I had to clean the table myself for these reasons that is my star rating all restaurants should have toilet for the customers to use Parking: I’m disappointed about the parking there i a big parking bay for roughly 3 cars but always it’s full of scooters for delivery however roosters piri piri don’t deliver how sad
