First appointment at this GP surgery today after transferring from another GP surgery. Really impressed. From reception to the doctor, everyone was excellent. Dr Joanna Coates is outstanding ,very friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommended
Spoke with Dr Behdi this afternoon and was extremely impressed with her understanding and understanding manner. No rush, no arrogance, just a wonderful experience of patient care. Thank you!nI must too that dealing with Jo W and Lorraine B at reception has put my faith back in the NHS.
Have been at Tandon Medical Centre for several years now and other than the universal constraints of the NHS e.g. difficulty getting appointments, wait times etc I have to say they are fantastic. The GPs and nurses have been consistently attentive and helpful, and if I have ever gone away feeling something required further attention, this has been provided in a second visit. The receptionists are also very pleasant Which is unusual in GP surgeries!nnI think Dr Hynes and Dr Rakhra deserve a special mention. Dr Hynes is very warm, transparent and actually listens to your concerns, and Dr Rakhra has always gone out of his way to accommodate my very fidgety child and put them at ease!
I have nothing but praise for the staff and services at Tandon Medical centre but please tidy up outside, an old fridge discarded weeds 2 foot high all round the building, bins overflowingly. It's not a good look for a health centre.
While I could not be accepted to the surgery due to being just out of the catchment area, the receptionist who called to advise responded with 24 hours of applying and was lovely and gave good advice.
