Saw Dr K Bedi today. Not only did she have a lovely 'bedside manner', she was engaging & very thorough investigating my health issues; plus helpful setting up an action plan for getting to the bottom of my chronic pain. A kind soul, who really shows care & compassion to the patient. We also had great practical assistance at Tandem today from the Admin team Jo, who was very efficient, helpful & friendly too.
