I've just had proceedor on the endoscopy department. What a lovely bunch of nurses, receptionist and consultants they are. Extremely efficient, friendly, caring and funny. Made me feel at ease and aftercare wonderful. Thank you so much, your all wonderful.
Had to vist as hubby injured his hand on Sunday have to say all the staff were lovely.nWe were called into the urgent care department within 10 mins of arriving seen triaged wound cleaned dressed antibiotics given and tetanus injection given.nAll of this within an hour and 10minsnThe new system was great well done to all the staff
I went to AE after a sleepless night in pain.they left me there 8 hours and half,when the doctor checked me I begged her for some painkillers, she laughed on my face saying: You are not gonna die for pain and the pharmacy it s already closed you can come back tomorrow for a prescription.I told her I wouldn't manage to have another night without sleep, she told me I was rude turn around and left. I had to fallow her she was complaining about me in a room with other nurses. I had to tell her I would have call police if she didn t gave me anything.nShe than decided to gave me 2 pills of ibuprofen that didn t help at all.nI ended it fainting for pain the day after and have a surgery somewhere few days after. HORRIBLE
My son was in A&E with a fractured leg.Even though we had to wait for sometime, the treatment and experience was a very good one for me as a parent and my son. He was well taken care of and all his needs met. Want to say very big thank you to the children and young people's ward, orthopedic Doctors, the emergency Doctors and nurses. They all did a fantastic job.
Hands down the worst hospital I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Staff are extremely rude and provide misinformation regarding patients care needs and procedures. Wait times are no where near accurate, stated 3 hours upon arrival - 6 hours later and still not been seen. Once seen then told it’d be another 3 hours for Xray due to a backlog despite being told child needed an xray 6 hours earlier when asked how much longer the response we were met with was rude, abrupt and quite frankly absolutely disgusting. Certain members of staff at this hospital should work in those environments if they simply can’t handle a question regarding a patient and a 9 hour wait! Honestly if you need an A&E TRAVEL FAR AND WIDE TO AVIOD THIS PLACE
