Fire was fitted at my parents, and then shortly after condemned!! Not before the fire Filled the house with smoke. My dad at this time was suffering from a lung disease!! When the fire was finally signed off, only after multiple visits, did they then ignored every letter asking them to fix the damage the smoke had caused. Anyone who would like to see proof of all this, don’t hesitate to contact me! Don’t touch this company if you value your safety. Absolute joke and a risk to life!!!
A real pleasure to deal with Geoff at Taltrees Stoves when buying our wood fired Bosky F30 Evo Central Heating Cooker. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge; the whole process of purchase and delivery was faultless and we were kept informed at every stage. Geoff also happily provided helpful advice after installation on running the stove. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them for future purchases and advice.
From start to finish you have been Amazing ,professional ,affordable and friendly I am delighted with my new Bosky Klaretta its no wonder you have been in business over 60 years simply you are the premier of woodstove suppliers/fitters in these 2 counties and I suspect far beyond that too , The guys that came to fit it made virtually no mess in removing my old flood damaged stove and what they did make they cleaned up anyway and then polished my new stove to perfection, I simply could not be happier with the work you have done today , You have blown me away Taltrees , and this thing is an absolute Furnace , small firebox so I thought ,but so well designed and bloody hot ! After 4 ranges and alot of flood damage this is the best one Ive ever owned Thank you, I am absolutely delighted and that is a understatement
After being messed around by another company and even paying £60 for a survey to be done and they still didn't come back with a quote, we went to Taltrees. Great service from start to finish and we were thrilled with end result. The fitting team were extremely professional and friendly.
This is such a lovely place to visit in the heart of Tenbury Wells and the show room has so many fire places to choose from, whether you're looking for solid fuel or gas fires, they have it all. We recently had our boiler updated and we could not be more pleased with the service with which we received from start to finish. Mr Geoffrey Buckingham Bawden is always here to deal with his customers and still does most of the surveys, what a legend! Thank you so much Taltrees Stoves
We are really pleased with our new log burner - the installation date was much sooner than expected - thank you! and the installation team were very professional and helpful as were the team at Taltrees show room. Great to deal with a local company.
This place is amazing, had our new fire fitted today by the guys and myself and my other half could not be happier we are absolutely blown away by the service and the amazing guys who fitted our fire. These guys should be number one on your list if they're not then your loss, absolutely amazing and astounding service beautiful people and the fitters were amazing yet again hats off to everyone
I only needed replacement glass, seal & glue for my stove, but called Taltrees who were very pleasant and helpful. The items came next day by first class post and were well packed. It may not have been a big order or a stove installation, but I would certainly use them again.
Having come to Tall Trees thinking the service would be professional, we were disappointed. First we were without a sitting room for over a month after the first quote was messed up by the company. The lads turned up to say the quote had not allowed enough room for the fire. After having the room out of use, we were told buy the company that we would receive a few freebies to compensate!!!!!!! The lads who came to fit the fireplace were friendly and nice, however, the Stone slabs are made to fit and we have gaps at the back and down the middle. The Gloss they put on the slabs is useless and shows every scratch mark there is. The fire itself works but is not suitable for heating more than 1 log at a time. As the space in the fire is so small. Having had a larger clearview stove in our cottage, we were expecting something a bit better for the price we paid. On completion we never received any compensation products from the company even when we called 3 times and asked, still nothing came. We were told by the company owner himself that we would receive the items its not like any of it was our fault. I wouldn't recommend nor would i use the company again.
Excellent service from this wonderful company, the lads who came to fit my Gazco Loft gas log burner with a balanced flue was brilliant, polite and very clean in their work can't recommend them enough. All the team at Taltrees a massive thank you for a fantastic job it looks superb.
