Took my 2 year old Grandson to see Santa at Burford. What a wonderful experience it was. They have really thought this one through. We were greeted by Mrs Claus and a Naughty Elf! They were so lovely and fantastic with the children. We were taken into a room where there was a table set up with arts and crafts for the children to make a Christmas decoration. We then filled a little organza bag with reindeer food with help from an Elf! The room was beautifully decorated and also had a sleigh which we had our photo taken using our mobile phone. The staff are lovely and accommodating. We were called through to see Santa and equally a lovely experience. The gifts to choose from were all lovely and of good quality. They even gave my 4 month old Grandson a little gift too. Can't recommend it enough, will definitely go again next year!
Such an awesome garden shopping centre, with a super gift shop side as well. Then went for a delicious lunch.
We went for the fabulous car show . Burford house and the garden centre are wonderful places to visit. The staff are friendly and it's so welcoming and relaxed. Fantastic grounds enveloped in magical scenery. And despite the rain the previous day it was well organised and did not let it be hampered in any way. Great fun for all the family and a wonderful break from life to get nostalgic over the vehicles on display.
Very disappointed with jacket potato, must have been cooking all day if not all week, brown inside and skin like leather, should have been put in bin. Other customers their pots looked good.nDid not have time to get it changed as with others
Cafe: Waited 40 mins for our drinks and over an hour for food before we gave up and requested to cancel the food. We appreciate you were busy but you either need more staff to cater for the potential number of customers you can fit in the cafe or you just need to notify customers before taking orders that there will be a very long wait on everything. Conservatory was very cold to be waiting that long.
