Place is terrible! Ordered at 5:30pm , Delivery time was 30 mins- 1 hour, Food came at 8:30. Food was freezing.
Ordered takeaway, online, advised time it was to be delivered. Ordered at 6.30, advised 6.40, thought must be wrong time but not delivered until after 8pm. Couldn't get through on the phone, it rang out. Ended up going to takeaway, advised on route. Would never use home delivery again. Was advised web site has issues. If this is know it should be sorted, or at least contact the customer to advise correct time or at least answer their phone. Food was lovely pity about the delivery delay.
This place is an absolute DISGRACE of a business!!! Ordered a takeaway Friday night at 9pm..had few friends in for a couple drinks n takeaway who ordered elsewhere..2 HOURS n 35 minutes later its delivered!!!! During which time my friends had all eaten and few gone home!!! When I'd called this "business" during said 2 n half hours wait I was told because I'd paid online with their website they couldn't refund me till I spoke to the manager next day as they didn't know how to do it WTAF??? Basically fobbing me off but I called the "manager" next day and explained only for him to tell me he would speak to the guy who runs the website and have the £16 refunded to my account..Guess what? NO REFUND!!!!! Now I've found myself BLOCKED yep BLOCKED from their website lol and can't get through on the phone. I will be letting everyone know how bad this place is and what a CON they are.
Just came home from a lovely day out with my partner and we seen a leaflet on the door so we decided to order from Taj Mahal for the first time and we can both honestly say it was the nicest take away we have both had. It was cooked with perfection and the taste was delicious. Thank you!! We will definitely be ordering again!!
Absolutly horible food and customer service. After an hour and 40 minutes my food arrived, it was soggy, the sauce was spilled allover the pizza. It was a waste of time and money! NEVER AGAIN!!!
ordered a bbq chicken base pizza along with chicken and bacon ..as well as a fish supper..never been so disapointed ..order was late,,fish was so hard it couldnt be eaten..as for the pizza it wasn't bbq chicken ' too doughy , also COLD and never got my can of juice
Wifey ordered a pizza desi style. They put curry on a dough - don't know how they managed it but they did. And it ain't even spicy! Never again!
Waited 15 minutes later than collection time given by take away. Food was ok, but I paid by cash and was short changed!!!
Really bad. Order was wrong. Tub of chips had melted and had plastic on them.
Never again!!!! It's been an hour and the pizza still didn't arrive I hope this place goes bankrupt!!!!!!
