This is the 3rd groomer in the Highlands that I have tried to get my Tibetan terrier cut since moving here. No-one seemed to know what they were doing and she would come back scalped! Until finding tailwaggers. Our cairn and schnauzer also went for a bath and cut. On arrival, Anne listened to the little quirks that each dog had and actually understood. What a lovely surprise on collecting them.. She really does have a magic wand, they were all happy and gloriously cut. She truely understands dogs and is prepared to listen to their owners also. Thank you to the other lady there who must have spent ages trying to rid the knots in the Tibetan. Very well done and thank you so much. I have already booked them in for the next spa day!
