Today I got terrible customer service from Fiona. I arrived at 5.20pm to book my car in for service, she seemed very rushed and I asked if I was interrupting she said she was preparing to leave as she finished at 5.30. She made me feel very flustered and I struggled to remember my number plate to which she made a very impatient remark and suggested I head out to the car for it. I had given her the correct details the second time but she typed them in incorrectly as she was in such a rush, I wasn't offered a car collect option or an additional car. Additionally, if I'd known she finished at 5.30 I probably wouldn't have gone in, but the sign on the door said closing time at 7pm. Clearly new car sales are more important than existing customers.

Good experience for me. Quick, efficient and easy. Did what they said and left the car much cleaner than when they got it.

I have always been happy with the service from mazda the staff are very helpful and professional so much so i will be ordering my new car from them again in june .
