They are very rude and will not except online postage. I recommend going to a more professional post office who actually take online postage. They seem to have the power to reject mail probably because they don't make any money from the online postage and try to make you to purchase over the counter. Even after a couple of phone calls to royal mail who told me they can't reject they got quite rude, I ended up going to Treforest post office who had no problem in accepting online postage.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is the most pathetic excuse for a business I've ever experienced, I was overcharged for sending a t shirt, the woman charged me £4.50 when it should have been about £2. Upon returning to question this i was confronted with a barrage of lies, she told me 2nd class signed for doesn't include Saturdays when the royal mail website clearly states that it does and when told this she got aggressive and couldn't admit she was wrong. Neither person made an attempt to try and actually help me, which just about sums up the non existent customer service skills these two possess. They will try and overcharge you and then lie to you from their small, run down store, avoid at all costs if possible and I would have preferred to drive my delivery to Liverpool myself than have to expose myself to this shambles of an attempt at customer service.
