Tom is the best chimney sweeper I ever met! He is not just doing the job for 110%, but also explain every step and answer every question you have! Even the chimney sweeping it's a very dirty process, my living room always stay perfectly clean after his visits. Tom is very friendly and responsible so you can be sure the work will be done perfectly and with a smile.
Excellent job. Cleaned our two stove chimneys and glass, without a spec of dust left in the house and very fairly priced.
Tom is an utter professional and I recommend him unreservedly. He is polite, punctual, clean and tidy and clearly takes pride in his work, ensuring the stove is clean and safe. He is very good at communicating what he has done, and why, and ensuring his customers questions are addressed. If only more service providers were like Tom! Very happy customer here!
Tom came promptly on time and was very clean and tidy. He talked us through everything and reassured that our chimney liner was is good condition. He also gave us some great advice and was professional from start to finish. Excellent price and we would highly recommend his services. He even had a drone to look at the chimney outside!!
An exceptional level of service received. Tom was polite, courteous and very efficient when cleaning the chimney and log burner in my house. All of this at a fair price. The path from the door to fireplace, and any furniture between/surrounding were carefully covered before starting a thorough clean, Tom treated my home as if it were his own and I was very comfortable allowing him to work whilst I set about doing other things. He showed a great deal of care and offered lots of advice. I would thoroughly recommend Tom to anyone needing a chimney sweep or advice on related things.
Tom has been cleaning our log burner chimney for about ten years now and always does an excellent, thorough job. Today in addition to this he cleaned our gutters with the vacuum system, after checking them with his drone. We normally get the gutters cleaned yearly otherwise they fill up with moss. He was here for about 3 hours but the bill was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom. Not only does he do an outstanding job he is also a very nice person.
Everything about Tom's service is 5* from his communication before the visit, to his punctual arrival and clean, meticulous, friendly service. He is so respectful of your house and belongings, ensuring that everything is covered with clean sheets before he begins. He explains exactly what he has done and why things weren't working efficiently before. He's so knowledgeable about his trade and has a drone that he can use to look at the top of your chimney to check for any damage and then sends you the photos! He's also a lovely, funny guy and very reasonably priced with all his work guaranteed. Thanks Tom!
