This garage kept my motorhome for almost a month, telling me repeatedly when I phoned for updates that they would ‘start this/next week’. After weeks of cost estimates ranging from £700 - £2000 and several broken promises to start the work, I finally asked that they write down in an email what they needed to do, how long it would take and what it would cost. The day after, they emailed me and told me to collect the van, as they had ‘not got time to keep going over and over the same things’ and advising me to ‘arrange somehow to have the tyres fitted before driving the vehicle on the road’. Due to their unwillingness to even change the tyres, I was forced to have the van recovered. Initially they had done me a favour by collecting the van from outside their usual range, but I have been left shaken and disgusted by their unhelpful reaction so quickly after I had given them a gentle and reasonable push to get on with the job. Would not recommend.

Had to have a damaged tyre changed. The young man on the phone gave us clear directions on how to find his garage. When we got there the service was quick and efficient.

Friendly & helpful garage

TW's is the only place I would take my car  to or recommend to anyone else - simply the best in the business, they clearly care about the quality of their work and always have.
