Scammers? i do not know, i paid for my products from basket on their site, everything was ok, money transfer 141,27GBP and all was ok, even got confirmation email. But then i got a new email and they want me to pay extra for shipping case the radiator is so big and hard to calculate shipping cost (to norway) i had to pay the ekstra 29,51GBP to get the product that i allerady had paid for including shipåping to my address. fin ok, but the problem is that they want me to pay the 141gbp again, even after i sendt documents that shows the money is allready transferd with paypal and out of my bank account. Hopless customer service! probebly First and LAST time i buy somthing from them.

I'm from Norway, and car parts are expensive here. I save a lot using Milner, sometimes the part are only a quarter the price of suppliers in Norway. All parts I have ordered have either been genuine brand parts or very high quality aftermarket parts. The customer service is also very good. I have had issues a couple of times, like once I could not identity the correct part because there was a newer part that replaced several old parts, and they found out what was the right part within a few hours. Another time I could not get a promotion code to work. I tired a different one that didn't work, so I noted it on the order with both code in the comments field, and they applied both of them! :) They have also been very helpful with finding the cheapest way to ship parts to Norway. Truly exceptional customer service! -ED-
