I can not thank Ross and the entire team at T S Horlock & Son enough for the fantastic service they provided in taking care of all the arrangements for my late father. They made sure every detail was taken care of and were always so welcoming and understanding. They helped to put us at ease during a difficult time for our family, ensuring that the actual funeral itself passed without any issues or complications with all of requests carried out, creating a beautiful service which was a wonderful tribute to our dad. I can not fault their level of care and service. We, as a family, are very grateful for all they did for us.
We could not have asked for a more helpful, compassionate and efficient funeral director than Ross Curtis at Horlocks in Northfleet. We had no experience of organising a funeral but Ross explained all that we needed to do and guided us through all the various stages. He put us at our ease the moment we arrived in his office and made sure that all our wishes were followed. He gave us ideas for a florist and venue for the wake - most helpful. We requested his presence at the Crematorium and it was reassuring to have him there for the actual service. Recommend most highly.
Dad have the very best of care from all the staff and the funeral was perfect in every way, I recommend them 100% for the care and compassion we all received. They have conducted the funerals of three of my family members and nothing is too much trouble. there is absolutely no other company I would ever use. thank you to all the staff once again for your kindness
Only one member of staff let the team down by taking the piss that my partner who died because he had swollen up so much with cancer they had to order a bigger coffin. I had a conversation with their colleague who they joked about it with and he confirmed she was talking about my wonderful partner who served his country in the Falklands & northern Ireland. Personally I think she's in the wrong job. No respect what so ever. Disgraceful attitude. Although I didn't report this incident to management, myself and many others feel very bitter about this & due to her behaviour would never recommend or use company again unless she leaves. There's always one who let a great team down.
I can not thank all the staff at Horlocks enough for all the help and amazing service they provided.. Ross was fantastic in sorting all the details and on the day Steve and the team were fantastic so respectful and helpful .. I really can not thank them enough for the amazing service they provide.
An excellent service by all at T S Horlock & Son, especially Ross Curtis. All were most helpful and kind.
We have nothing but praise for the way the team handled my Dad's funeral. Friendly but respectful. Traditional but embracing technology. They hit the right tone throughout.
An absolutely marvellous team from start to finish they have been a shoulder to lean on in a very sad moment of our lives and made everything much easier nothing has been too much I cannot praise them enough for helping us through such a difficult time thank you so much Ken
