This removal company where fantastic in helping me move 5 miles 6 years ago quick efficient clean helpful everything you could ask for but this time the opposite. In fact 2 months later I am still waiting for a quote after I have moved so have actually given up on them thus the 2 stars. 
I had four weeks to move house to a 2 bedroom apartment. I only needed a removal company for about 3hrs and was hopeful that as they had done a great job before they would live up to there reputation again but how wrong I was. 
I emailed away the first week and still no reply. The same thing happened on weeks 2 and 3. I even tried calling only to be met via a answer machine . So as time was getting crucial I went else where I am glad I did because the company I went to was worth every penny. In fact if you look at my reviews on Facebook you will see I can not recommend them enough due to there communication/uniform/timekeeping and general overall work and to top it off they where cheaper than TR Tyre Removals who I won’t be going back to. 
I am still to this day waiting for them to get back to me. If I have any advice for anyone moving it is DONT USE THIS COMPANY look else where and save your time and money.
