Recently ESE replaced a suspended ceiling in a large area of one our manufacturing units. very professional from planning to completion thank you to both Mark for Planning and Chris for the installation.
I've had a working relationship with Mark and his team at ESE Direct for the past 7 months. During this period I have placed countless orders with them and all of which have been dealt with in a courteous, polite and professional manner. All orders have been dealt with swiftly and delivered to site extremely quickly. My experience to date has been exceptional and as such, I whole heartedly recommend ESE Direct for any requirements you may have. I will certainly be placing additional orders in the future. Keep up the good work!
Stock information is inaccurate, no proactive communication to advise on potential delays delivery date even confirmed, then when I chased there was a 2 week delay and no stock. The website still shows the item on a 1-3 day lead time. Very misleading and frustrating experience. Full refund provided.
I've ordered various products with ESE and never had a problem. It's easy to call up and speak to someone, discuss price and other options. They alway offer alternatives if they don't have what you need. Delivery is swift and any delayed items are communicated. This is the same if you need to arrange a return. Happy to recommend to people!
I purchased a new cantilever shelving system from ESE Direct , Mark Wilson , Sales Manager, was extremely helpful and supportive going the extra mile and beyond to get the right product for the job. Mark also took the time to come and measure up our unit to make sure the product we where ordering would fit, there was every attention to the detail. Luke Palmer, Projects Administrator, kept me updated about when the project would be delivered. Mark organised their in house team to come and install the product as well. I worked with Mark at ESE on a turnkey Mezzanine office project. Out of the 3 companies tendered, they were the most competitive on price and very driven on winning the business. During the project, everything went to plan, communication was excellent at all times, and the finished product surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be working with ESE again, and would highly recommend them. They are so much more than just an online box shifter!
After reordering a 4 wheeled bookshelf it arrived a week later than advised. Had to ring up and ask where it was.Also asked for a call or email once despatched but received nothing until delivery driver was at the door. Still operating like its 1990's.
Item arrived in a box that looked like it had been run over by a bus and the top was completely open! I've built the unit BUT I'm missing the nuts & bolts needed to connect the top shelf. I've phoned and emailed your customer service desk but I keep being told that I don't need these parts even though the instructions leaflet CLEARLY states that I do & I have a shelf hanging around the office now because I can't attach it to the main unit like the instructions says! *UPDATE: Bolts finally delivered after & shelf up*
A truly shocking experience. I ordered a Street Orderly Barrow which included a shovel and broom. Delivery was late. The shovel was missing. The broom handle was delivered without a broom head. One of the Wheelie bins was delivered un-assembled with wheels and axle delivered loose inside the bin. Paint already worn away from handle, down to metal. Packaging shrink wrap was melted onto bins. I emailed customer services ,then today they sent we a customer satisfaction form! Did Trigger have problems like this? Does Del Boy work at ESE?
Ordering from this company has been a costly mistake. Took 8 days to deliver our order despite being given the opportunity to tell us they couldn't meet our required delivery date and knowing that we were on a deadline ourselves. When the product was finally delivered, it was damaged. Told them to come and pick it up and have now gone elsewhere. This was for a new customer and has jeopardised future business with them. Absolutely fuming!!
