Very disappointing product and service. Ordered and paid for an ORIS watch on-line. Told there had been a mistake as the bracelet on the watch/described pictured was unavailable. Offered an alternative of a  textile strap instead of the Stainless Steel purchased and a 50GBP refund (the cost for me to replace this with a Stainless Steel bracelet would be double this). Accepted their offer. Told the item should take between 3-7 working days to arrive. It took 17 working days. On arrival, the watch sold as 'brand new' was in a worn and damaged box, the product/swing tags were not present and no protective film anywhere on the watch. The strap was frayed and showed signs of wear. When I questioned this, I was told that the watch was from a store and could have been a display model. This was not mentioned before purchase.
I would never buy from this retailer again. The product was not as advertised, not delivered in timeframe stated and not in a new/unworn condition.
