All 3 of our retail shops have onsite workshops with experienced jewellers - each masters in their own areas of expertise, enabling us to take on a wide variety of specialist repairs.If you are looking to sell your jewellery or gold, you will want to sell it to someone you can trust. We have extensive experience of buying precious metals, and give a fair price whether it’s for a few grams or a large amount. The price we pay depends on the carat. We test the gold to make sure it is gold and look at the hallmarks. We will then give you a price and you decide if you want to sell it to us. ID is required when you sell any items."

I always go to this jewellers. They have custom made jewellery for me, and repairs are always top quality. The price is very reasonable too. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and lovely. Tracy, Graham and Simon are great, thank you so much for everything you do.
All the staff were knowledgeable, polite, professional simply wonderful to deal with. During what was an emotional time for myself the staff showed great compassion and thoughtfulness and delivered exactly what I wanted. A exemplary example of good customer service well done Andy, Simon and Tracy
I took my mum engagement ring into k Bassam to have it re sized for me as my mother had given it to me for a 50th bday present. The ring means so much to me as I lost my father 5 years ago and my mother had a huge stroke a year ago, and to be given it meant the world I was worried about taking it any where and chosen K Bassam. They were so professional and made me confident to leave it with them. They had it resized and cleaned within 24hrs and it looked so beautiful. I would recomend there service to anyone. I took a ring there this week as it had cracked. It was repaired within 24 hours and at a very reasonable cost. I am going to return with more jewellery because I was so impressed with the work and did not feel ripped off.
Really pleased with the quality of service and speed in getting my wedding band resized. They even gave it a polish! Thank you so much!!!
Huge huge thanks and appreciation to Simon for his tremendous artistic skills when repairing and working on my four items in various precious metals. One of the items included a bracelet which clearly had been through the mill! I was unsure if it could be returned to its former glory. How silly of me to think that! this amazingly skilled craftsman had rebuilt and reinforced the clasp and the bracelet was back to looking as good as new. Finding skilled craftsman like Simon is very rare in this day and age and I always appreciate the excellent service he and his front of house team,led by Tracey, dispense in abundance at K Bassam in Kidderminster. Enquired about a solid gold figaro bracelet to match my necklace in the photo. The staff went above and beyond to find me the matching bracelet. Excellent customer service! They cleaned my bracelet and necklace free of charge, which came out stunning.
Well what can say, except perfect, for customer service and resizing my mum's diamond ring I have had it in a box for around 10years now, I was too scared to change it and trust it to someone else. But the time came to be brave, I am so glad I trusted K Bassam in kidderminster. I can't thank the staff there enough, professional, excellent service and job completed in under an hour, will definitely return for any future jewellery repairs. Thank you again Zoe
Simon replaced a couple of missing stones in a ring for me and did a fantastic job, very pleased thank you Tracey was also very helpful. Definitely go back.
