Bought paint for my kitchen and was served by the most helpful young girl. Pleasant and friendly staff make such a difference when you are out spending those £'s you have worked hard for. Employers, be good to your staff especially at Christmas when you are so busy and customers want everything now!
Wide selection, and proper old-fashioned service. For instance, recently, I bought a large item. On opening the box, some parts had not been included by the manufacturer. Now, we all know what normally happens in such instances. The standard modern "customer service experience" would be to divert you to half a dozen witless juniors reading off a script, none of who are allowed to do anything even if they wanted to do anything, and at least some of who would insinuate that you must have lost the items concerned, before telling you to contact the manufacturer, and then sending you some dopey web survey asking you if you were pleased with their “service”. However, in this case, I e-mailed the store on Sunday night. They called me at 9am on Monday; they contacted the manufacturer; and they had the part in store later that same day; and they rang me back when they got it. No delays, no messing. Brilliant.
Great help in the yard but I had to stand for 10 minutes in the shop before anyone came near me for me to pay

Great shop we stumbled across a few years ago and always worth a visit when we're in Fermanagh. There are some lovely items for sale as well as the useful ones. Definitely recommend.
Lovely old fashioned hardware store with friendly helpful staff. Household and painting/decorating stuff upstairs. All the tools, nails, wood, etc. downstairs. Can order what you need if they dont have it in stock.
Brilliant store. Selection on all fronts are great. The choice from pictures to a nail,paint etc are exceptional.
Some staff in here needs a lesson in what true customer service means. Linda is a good example.
Great place for tools etc. However upstairs with the home decor and furnishings can be expensive
Loved the Christmas decor and attention to detail. Beautiful pieces but a little too expensive for me.
