Visited on 6/9/24 for my new car handover.  From placing the order to handover the service I received was excellent.nI was regularly updated about the progress of my vehicle by Dan Bryan great guy.nOn handover day Dan patiently went through the necessary paperwork prior to signature while Teresa kindly made us a coffee thank you Teresa.nOn checking over the vehicle I met another Dan, who again was a credit to your organisation, as was the young lad who explained the controls etc to me.nAll in all, a very satisfactory experience from friendly and helpful staff at my local dealership.

Absolutely fantastic experience while they carried out some work as part of an upgrade. They very kindly dropped me off outside my front door after leaving my car with them and then returned it to me as well. Big shout out to Peter and the very kind gentleman, whose name I didn’t get but delivered the car back to me as they made my life so much easier.

All my interactions were on the phone with Ollie. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He provided me all the information I needed without any pressure. He understood my needs and gave an excellent service throughout. When he delivered the car he set up the app and my technology. I would highly recommend Sytner

I have used Synter Shrewsbury now for 2 x car services and the staff are really welcoming. I amnnormally looked after by Pete and the service he provides is excellent. The waiting area is really comfortable with a lovely selection of hot and cold drinks. I would definitely recommend this branch.

Thank you so much Peter and Trevor! I came in for a Run-in Service as well as buying some M-Performance parts. English is not my first language so I had difficulties understanding , but Peter made sure to explain everything so even I can understand. Furthermore, he gave me a great deal for everything. One M-Performance part was the exchange to a bigger rear spoiler and Trevor made sure it looks perfect afterwards. Even though it gave him a hard time.nAll in all, very happy about the service and the price. Thanks!
