Had my vehicle in here for MOT and service. Top drawer service from the moment I walked through the door. Went through everything with me, and kept me updated all day as awaited picking up my car. Would definitely recommend!!
10/10. I had an emergency on the day of my service meaning I needed the car back quicker than expected. The reception staff were excellent at fitting this in for me and were very friendly and understanding. Thank you to the service staff who completed the service earlier than originally requested. My experience of Furrows Ford of Shrewsburry is excellent. I have over the years purchased many new ford vehicles and have never had a problem. The whole process for purchasing my new Ford Puma recently was seamless and Tyler Jones who I dealt with is a very professional and experienced salesman.
I recently had a timing belt & water pump changed and used a courtesy car for the day. I was provided with an accurate quote for the work and it was completed on the day. The staff were really friendly and helpful and kept me informed. The quote also beat an independent Ford service garage.
Dreadful experience.nnMy car had a transmission failure. No local garage would touch it saying the the powershift gearboxes are a nightmare and should've been recalled.nnWas quoted £6,400 by Ford to fix their faulty parts. I didn't get the work done however was charged £140 for the pleasure of getting the quote.nnAbsolute robbers, avoid at all costs!
