If you value your car don't let these idiots anywhere near it 
After a light accident in my car I drove my car home without any problems 
Contacted my insurance and my car was recovered to bmw where all the hassle lies bad workmanship and the last time I'd ever see my car they ruined the car 
Ended up buying the car from me at way below market value in the end absolutely discusting 
Mechanics they use haven't got a clue
Paint sprayers can't match paint 
Staff are rude

I was really pleased with the result of Sytner's work!  I have an old Z3 which I'm in the process of restoring and wanted several panels painted without spending a fortune on the car.  They really understood what I was trying to achieve and did an excellent spray job on the car and went the extra mile to replace a few decals and trim pieces to really tidy the car up.  The end result was first class.  There was some delay in getting the car back which I was initially displeased with but they adjusted the bill downward to compensate so couldn't have been fairer.  All in all, I was delighted with the quality of the work and the service received!

Absolute nightmare, 5 visits to the garage, they damaged my car and had to respray it 3 times before the finish was of an acceptable standard.  They were not apologetic at all and very dismissive of their errors.  Their quality control procedures are really poor, I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

had bmw hit in the side , insurance put the car into sytner for estimate of repair , the car was going to be repaired , had for five weeks , it failed quality control on more than one occasion , when passed eventually , within a week we had to get on to bmw sytner bodyshop , because we started noticing some issues which ranged from rear door card coming off, seals around windscreen and front passenger door not put on correctly , bad paint work , some inner panels not put back correctly , there were other issues , but I must say that this car was badly damaged , they pride themselves  very highly , but hey started hearing noise of front left tyre ,this was just after we picked car up you no passed quality control , so I went to garage to check tyre pressures and to my amazement find only 9 psi of pressure in there , got to say surely that just fundermental and has to part of there quality control programme ,, for them to pass this car . with all the amateur mistakes confused me a bit . took another week to sort these issues , oh and another thing this car was valeted , but they forgot about all the glass everywere , actually sat on glass which then cut the thread in the seat , told them this but they not repair gggggrrrrr . , so got the call , car ready , within 2 days had to phone them again , the trim on passenger side footwell came off , the locking system needed to be looked at , some of the locked buttons stayed up when car locked , not put back together properly , some of the new paint job had to be buffed up again , we also told them that some parts needed replacing such as inner passenger side door handle and new dash , because they got scratched up in the accident , so was told bring it in , they had for couple of days , was told they have parts on order , waited 9 days with no contact , so I called them and find out the person dealing with this was on holiday . so phoned back in couple of days and the person was back and parts were ready to be fitted , funny that , got the call couple days later , from start to finish it was and has been the worst and most unprofessional experience to date , lots of time wasted , crap work , even worse quality control to pass a car with  9 psi in tyre , in my eyes is bone idol and very dangerous , I carry kids in this car , but hey they don't care .  I read them there mission statement , in case they forgot it , . I feel if this car was to go to a different repairer it would have been written off .. but bmw work with Allianz , and the third party was insured with Allianz , get the feeling bmw were out to get what they could in this case .. and forgot about me the customer ,,  got so fed up with it all , ended up selling the car and went back to what I no is the very reliable VW GOLF ,, got two VW now ,, so up yours bmw thanks for the crap service , crap work , crap communication ,, crap staff ,, and most off all your utterly CRAP QUALITY CONTROL THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY AT ALL .  if your insurance company put you onto them SAY NO NO  NO NO NO NO
