Ordered a hamper online with a 10% off code, loved the ability to personalise and very pleased with the speed of delivery within 48 hours, the packaging and the amount of sweets for the price paid.
Well what can I say about Swizzel Matlow, apart from Wow! Wow! Wow! I’ve bought a few hampers and that for Christmas presents. To the point that one order was to big for the courier company, so I had to split it into two orders. The hampers are personalised, which is great. I have to say that the customer service is fantastic. One of my orders went missing by the courier company not Swizzels fault and they sent out another one straight away. My only criticism is they need to find a different courier company. Other then that I strongly recommend this company and yes I will be using them again and again.

I don't eat the sweets but appreciate they are iconic and trusted brand. I am reviewing on the wax melts! They are great, better than most I have used and always look out for them..= I trust them as always smell great, burn and melt good and long lasting scent... Well done on making a good product that is good quality and priced decently :
Ordered personalised love hearts to give as wedding favours and they arrived fast within 48 hours! Great quality products and great service, highly recommend!

Not actually going into the sweet factory, but on the car park for the first boot sale in aid of New Mills Youth association. It is to be a regular boot sale hopefully.
Great sweet factory. My dads family lived on Hibbert street til the death of my Auntie Jean. Auntie Nellie always came to us for holidays with a big bag of sweets in the 60s. My older sisters talk of staying with her and kids under the windows asking for sweets and the workers used to throw them handfuls x sweet memories
The place really isnt what its cracked up to be. The positive/ 5 star reviews are staff trying to earn brownie points/ free sweets. I worked here for 6 months, regardless of what i did i was wrong and insulted i was verbally attacked regularly by a female blue hat/supervisor called Diane. Management took a blind eye though. i wouldn't wish for my enemy to work here.
Absolutely appalling service. They missed out an item in my order, when I raised this with them, they said they would send it out, I've had not contact to say when it will be shipped so I contacted them again only to be spoken very rudely by Beccy Elliot who is there customer service manager. She wouldn't let me complain, said she is the manager so I can't make a complain, wouldn't let me give any feedback of how the delay has disrupted me, wouldn't even let me speak one word and decides to hang up the phone. I can't beleive you have a member of staff like this as your customer service manager
