Swiss Cottage Underground Station is served by the Jubilee line there is no disabled access only stairs from the entrances and then escalators to the platforms. The ticket hall area is large with a circular layout to it there is a newsagents in the ticket hall along with a cash machine the station was clean and tidy and does it job well.

Sadly Ye Olde Swiss Cottage is no more... So not as exciting as the name might envision.

Interesting escalator leading above ground, with two different colour lamps illuminating the ceiling which is shaped like a concrete pillar.nThe station itself is a bit old, which is not uncommon for most underground stations in London with only the Jubilee line serving through here.

First time here yesterday and I liked that are they give you exit signs on where to go by foot. - Very helpful!nnThe Y13 bus did not have the alert speaker for every bus stop so had to look up online the bus route for my travel. Not sure if this is a permanent thing or temporary but needs to be sorted if it is! :PnnWhile on the bus I was passing through the o2 centre and a passenger on the bus heard me saying the name in conversation and said I was in the correct location! : So, friendly people in this area! Nice! :

Tony was extremely kind and helpful. My grandfather is unfortunately disabled, so with the lack of an elevator in older stations if makes it difficult to travel via the subway, but Tony made sure to be as welcome and accommodating as he could. I would hope a man as nice as him would be cherished in his occupation in civil service.
