Tfl London is totally rubbish service the guy who works here they don't know how to use machines my money is stuck inside and he wast my time 2 train gone I'm still waiting there after I left my £25 pound and go from there the guy say in from different company what the hell he works on station and he. Said to me he's from different company

Really small station entrance/exit very narrow and can get busy around the ticket office/entrance. There is no disabled access to the platforms only stairs and also no ticket barriers at this station either. Trains from here go to Clapham Junction Stratford and Richmond. These trains are always busy and full with passengers.

Thank you to Joe who was working at the station this morning in the early hours and stood out flagging down the National Express bus so that we could catch it. Such a kind man! The stop is on a busy stretch jusy outside the station and sometimes buses miss the stop if other buses are pulled in!

I used to call it Finchley Road & FroNGal. No wonder people laughed in my face. Finchley Road & WRONGAL they'd say. I'm too embarrassed to go back in case the taunting starts again.

Despite having a good location, this station clearly wasn't designed that well. The entrance is far too narrow as you end up getting clogged with people using the ticket office. Neither of the platforms have step free access to the platforms either. Shelter and seating is minimal but at least the trains here are frequent. Most of the time.
