Arrived on national express from London thought I would use the facilities prior to onward journey. No chance all toilets including disabled are locked. Another absolutely disgusting aspect of this disgusting scandalous bus station.
Appallingly dirty and run down. Doesn't feel safe. Drug users hiding in secluded corners. No information available anywhere re time tables etc. Admittedly it was a Sunday but I expect better any day.
Not the nicest of areas to be, could do with some more funding for. Needs a decent seating area as there's lots of college students around who could benefit from somewhere to sit and do work. Just an idea
I understand this building will be demolished in the not too distant future but, it's dirty, run down and always occupied by a group of drinkers. Shame it wasn't kept up to standard in the past to make it a more welcoming sight for visitors to the town.
Filthy ,rundown, absolutely awful place and rubbish everywhere..Female toilets disgusting....broken taps,broken toilets,ceiling coming apart.Disabled toilets padlocked.Nowhere to get a coffee.nThe best thing you can do if you arrive in this awful place is to get the next bus out.
