Do not use these guys. Took my car and held it for a week after signing an agreement for 10k 30000 mile car. Told me to throw away irrelevant to them receipts for servicing, tow bar, mot's etc as not needed by them. Then didn't pay out and refused to as I sell tyres and the log book is less than six months old!!! So now I'm left with a car thats missing extra paperwork history, got an extra 30 Mile's on the clock, spare wheel kit missing and god knows what else has been tampered with or taken. Avoid. The salesman does everything to push a sale but its not complete until days after its gone to head office and their terms and conditions cover themselves for damages etc while the car is in their possession
The website is quite easy to use but there's areas where it needs more options to help accuracy when getting a quote. At the office in person, I found the service very good.
The whole process was simple. From the 'on line' car valuation, arrangement of appointment for ' on the spot ' car appraisal which included associated ownership and service documentation. Having quickly and amicably agreed a sale price we set off on foot to the local bus station. The agreed sale price already in the bank by the time we arrived home ! I will certainly pass on my experience.
