I ordered a taxi to go to the airport the day before we were due to go. They assured me that everything was correct and all in place ready to catch a flight the next morning -however when the next morning came around there was no taxi to be seen. I received a text saying that my driver had arrived at a different location than the one I had ordered it to,  despite giving the postcode. There was no answer for the main telephone number, no way of directly contacting the driver and the driver did not attempt to contact me, it was also too early in the morning to book with another taxi firm. I was left with no choice than to drive to the airport myself and pay an extortionate price for parking at the airport on the day. I would not book with this taxi company, it caused a lot of stress and cost a lot of money and I certainly won’t be using them again.

I ordered at taxi at 12am on a Sunday night, over the phone after waiting for 20 minutes at the rank. After another 30 minutes later, I called to ask where it was. I was told someone must have taken my taxi and that they would send another in 10 minutes max. In total, 1 hour and a half later there was still no taxi. I would not recommend, as I assumed a taxi was coming and was feeling slightly uncomfortable at the time. Because there was lots of drunk people around. There is no communication and no way of verifying who is getting into which taxi.

Fast and reliable and affordable service. The driver Ryan was a really nice guy we had a good chat about electric vehicles :. Would use them again next time I'm in the area

Used for a return journey of only a couple of miles into town and back for a meal. Arrived on time and cars clean, with pleasant drivers. We had booked for 4 adults traveling with 3 dogs, but the Astra that arrived for journey out was 'snug' to say the least. Return journey was in an estate car so more suitable in terms of size, but don't think the driver had been informed about the dogs once again.  Bit of a white-knuckle ride along the narrow lanes but we did arrive in one piece!

Let down by public transport we called AJs taxi and car arrived in 5 minutes to return us to Sidmouth. Saved our day, thanks. Good , friendly driver James and a fair price.

We had a taxi with James and he was amazing he dropped us off and came back for my mum patiently and lovely. Thank you so much James

NEVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE , reserved a taxi 3 hours prior that never showed up. After multiple calls trying to get through was finally told the taxi was round the corner. After it never showed up again I phoned and was told to 'get another taxi firm' and was rudely spoken to over the phone line. Shocking service and will never use again.

I got my taxi from the leisure centre to the Sandy bay holiday park and I was happy with my driver, kept a good conversation and asked for the meter to be stopped when we got to my caravan because the signal dropped meaning the card machine was struggling - I will be using them again if I need a taxi
