Friendly maybe! But terrible service never again will i use swettenhams have to wait days for my meds even though there on repeat prescription. The local drug addicts dont seem to ever go with out though🤔 They also issued me with medication that i used to need two years ago by mistake once.

I got given out of date medication by Blacon chemist and I also got accused of having medication I hadn't received. I got humiliated in the chemist by the staff. After being accused and humiliated by the Blacon chemist, they found the rest of my prescription which was also out of date. The manager who accused me didn't even apologise to me, she sent another member of staff out to do her dirty work for her. I have made an official complaint. I won't be using my local chemist again and I am in the process of sorting out a different pharmacy to collect my medication.
