Went in today to purchase my usual No7 makeup and needed to ask some questions. I am writing to praise Lucy who served me and also did a makeover to assist in answering the questions I had. She was very helpful and also did an amazing makeover which left me knowing the full range of products I should be using to achieve a perfect look.  Lucy is a credit to Boots. Well done for excellent customer service and knowledge.
