Had a problem with my ''Night flight chronograph''. The chronograph Stop watch function was not re-setting to zero. The very helpful assistant talked me through the reset procedure over the phone and solved the problem. Great service. Thank you.

Lovely welcoming staff. And they replaced my buckle part for free. That's what I call sustainable... No need to replace the whole strap.
I was very happy with my visit. I was served by Jack and he was great. Asked him many things and he was able to answer them all.
If you like Swatch watches this place won't disappoint. The staff are friendly and it's situated in a convenient spot in the Arndale Centre. The current range is well represented as well as some limited edition models. Always worth a look if you're a Swatch fan.
Replaced the battery in my Swatch watch and polished it with no cost
