I originally ordered online which left me without my item in time for Christmas. I rang the Manchester store and Howard saved the day. Such a lovely man very helpful. I won’t have a disappointed boyfriend now on Christmas morning
Staff are really helpful and will answer questions about the products. I was looking at the bags and wallets - some nice wallets. Be warned though - make sure your notes fit in their wallets!

Travelled from Huddersfield especially to go to Fossil shop this morning. What fabulous service we received. Left hubbies watch for one hour and collected it all well and in working order one hour later-fabulous staff-many thx from 2 old codgers!!!
