These are the services time forgot. The BP station is ok, but the service station itself is forgotten in time. Toilets only available between 7am and 10pm. 1 place to eat inside, burger king and looks deserted. Stick to the Petrol Station as that's got a good variety of products.
Don't have your parcel delivered here. Absolute joke, Arrived to be told my parcel wasn't here, sent to nearby garage who said it would be at Swanick service station ,then went to yodel service center and confirmed delivery the previous day, Called Swanick service station who miraculously then found my parcel and then upon arrival spent 15 minutes trying to convince them it was mine because I hadn't received a collection barcode , even though my tracking number matched the parcel and I had a printed copy of the delivery details from Yodel. And photographic ID. These guys ..... @#£&
Sorry to say… Not the best services. The Car park is literally full of potholes, looks like it needs resurfacing! Toilet’s Pungent smell of Urine accessed through Burger King. The place looks run down! This is the only area that we stopped at so can’t comment on any other areas of the services.
Bp swanwick service station which is open for 24 hours such fuelling unleaded or petrol , diesel,air and water. As well off license products from grocery- chocolates,chips, sandwiches,Costa express, chilled drinks,chilled wines and beer , daily news paper and magazines,tabacco,car care products such as oil,car plan,scents, Adblue, screen wash with moderate price and it's quality depends on the cost.Additional facility is customer toilet.To sum up fine customer service and satisfaction.
Poor surfaces in the car park and entrance.. Damage to tyres
Massive pothole at entrance, when asked staff if they're aware of the pothole they said "what pothole" must be not the biggest one they've seen
Jack's Tesco microwave ready meal was mouldy when film was removed. Stock needs to be checked for their use by dates and the product itself through the film. Would've taken it back but too far away. Disgusting
Rip off joint,avoid going there ! Filled my car with fuel, and the pump said 46 litres of fuel dispensed, and the low fuel light wasn't on before I started refuelling .My car only holds 40 litres of fuel ! I've had the same car 6 years, so I know what to expect when refilling the tank .
Vile place. No soap in gents toilet and the hand dryer not only doesn’t work, but it was hanging off the wall
