Been to these place today to exchange the item i bought as it’s not working BUG ZAPPER then the staff name “raj” is reluctant to change the item and he keep insisting that the item is working, i told him sometimes it works sometimes not, the green light won’t turn on even my husband already change the battery, he keep insisting that it’s working fine and he can’t exchange it or refund it and i say that i don’t want refund i just want to exchange the item, and he still insisting he can’t exchange it, then i says to him, will you have too because i drive from derby to exchange this item and he’s telling me he can’t. In the end, he have no choice to change it and then he told me that don’t come back again here just to change the item. Sooooo rude, what planet is he living? Does he understand English at all? This man needs to be thought a lesson, ridiculous man. Im so disappointed.
Bp swanwick service station which is open for 24 hours such fuelling unleaded or petrol , diesel,air and water. As well off license products from grocery- chocolates,chips, sandwiches,Costa express, chilled drinks,chilled wines and beer , daily news paper and magazines,tabacco,car care products such as oil,car plan,scents, Adblue, screen wash with moderate price and it's quality depends on the cost.Additional facility is customer toilet.To sum up fine customer service and satisfaction.
Big fueling station at service station prices, can't see prices last time cuz sign is covered and you've already turned in before you can clearly see a price, 24 hour, few bits that you normally find in a gas station, air, wash, hoover easy to find take first right can't miss it.
Rubbish service: no ad blue on pumps and no warning, making truckers wasting time . Anyway they sell ad blue £3/L in bottles. Thiefs!
These are the services time forgot. The BP station is ok, but the service station itself is forgotten in time. Toilets only available between 7am and 10pm. 1 place to eat inside, burger king and looks deserted. Stick to the Petrol Station as that's got a good variety of products.
