Bp swanwick service station which is open for 24 hours such fuelling unleaded or petrol , diesel,air and water. As well off license products from grocery- chocolates,chips, sandwiches,Costa express, chilled drinks,chilled wines and beer , daily news paper and magazines,tabacco,car care products such as oil,car plan,scents, Adblue, screen wash with moderate price and it's quality depends on the cost.Additional facility is customer toilet.To sum up fine customer service and satisfaction.
Went for a top up of fuel at 9am this morning and the nozzle wasn't working, kept sputtering it back out onto the floor and stopping the fill. Went in for assistance, they said they wouldn't come out to help because they were alone in the store and claimed there was nothing wrong with the nozzle.... so basically I was lying. Then charges me for the £1.06 worth of fuel that didn't end up in the tank. Bad customer service and poor safety procedures, had fuel all over my hands and was not assisted in anyway and charged for their error.
Absolutely horrendous this place , go as it is a bunker site for fast fuel & local to me !! last 4 times I've been there apparently my card doesn't work but miraculously it works at other sites . Only to go today & they don't authorise the pump because they know my van & want alternative payment method because my card never works !!, the staff actually need to acknowledge people when they are serving them not just talk to there friend who is sat next to them then keep asking you the same question that you have just replied to, i think my business vehicles will be going somewhere else from now on ...
Horrendous customer service. They recommended a fuel draining company to me when I accidentally filled my petrol car with diesel, I paid over £200 to have my tank emptied and later learned that the cashier took a £30 back hander from the company that he recommended to me. Not only did I buy a full tank of petrol and a full tank of diesel from them they deliberately recommended someone to me so they could further profit from my mistake. I certainly won't be buying from this petrol station again.
Just managed to fill my car with diesel during this so called fuel crisis, just want to say how organised the queuing system was thanks to the guy on the forecourt directing me to the correct pump! He deserves a medal to keep the Petrol Station calm Thankyou
I am there every single day morning and afternoon and toilet is almost always out of use. This is the nearest petrol station to my workplace and is a shame. Get rid of this guys! They are lazy and useless
Got screamed at down the mic on the forecourt for using the bin . Had a carrier bag I’d put my rubbish in on a journey, started to put it in a bin on the four court prior to filling up, was told 1 can only. Thousands of litres of diesel for our trucks will be bought elsewhere now
No adblue 90% of the time yet don't think to put a sign on the pump ... so you stand there like a #$%# at 4am waiting ... and then tel you there's no adblue..
Went here tonight at around 10:15pm no staff around to let pump release a car was sat pipping his horn to get some attention from staff nothing he drove off angry and then we knocked on windows still nothing and then we seen a woman just completely ignoring us stocking fridge up we knocked and knocked we wasn't giving up she came to the glass window and looked very angry saying she was busy yes like giving people a chance to put petrol in not being rude and ignorant
Very poor service, toilets are closed will not open them ! The staff claim they are broken they are not . Just called again £250 spent on diesel, toilet again locked and out of order 25.1.2021. Thanks nothing changed.
