AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Bought frezer from the and get faulty after few weeks lost 150 pounds worth food I have to throw away. have been three times asking for repair, replacement or refund, they never turn up and they promise 6 moths warranty, my advise Avoid and get appliances from Gumtree for ex.  it is cheaper and better quality.

I bought a gas cooker from here, he couldn't fit it himself as he only fits electrical goods, the gas man was lovely and very honest.  The cooker was installed I could smell gas for two days, the gas man came straight back and deemed the cooker as leaking gas.  I told Swansea electrical this he was very rude, told me it was fine when I had it and he is not coming to return my money and collect the cooker until he is ready.  Very rude, very aggressive, and still waiting for a refund!  No cooker for over a week what a disgrace of a company.

I bought a 70£ washing machine from them which was faulty. They said 6 months warranty but they never turned up. I asked for money back and they refused. So I will complain to trading standards and ombudsman. Don't trust them, they are liars.

I can say they helpful but don't deliver same day polite on the call needs recognition Todo better for biussness

Nice bloke not shore if its the same guy but the old man is swell and very honest helped me plenty of tomes over the years

Bought a cooker from this place in Feb it's been nothing but a nightmare  tripping the electronic  every time it's was turned on then when I rang the council  out  found out  its was the oven so thay  condemned it nd told me not to use it  informed  me  to get a new one  and don't  get nothing  off  doggy  electronic  places like this one  so thanks to him my kids have had to  eat sandwiches and  microwave meals  for the last week  AVOID AT  ALL  COSTS

Night a cooker 3 months in kept blowing electric got 3 children paid £139 pounds  6 months garuntee I am bouncing with temper wish I could get hold of him AVOID this place nothing but RIP OFFS

We bought a cooker from here a few weeks after buying it the oven stopped working ,when we bought it we were promised a 6 month guarantee but weve spent the last few months trying to get them to fix it weve been fed excuse after excuse lousy service totally untrustworthy avoid at all costs worthless guarantee ,some of the excuses have been totally ridiculous

Products don't last but if u want a cheap washing machine that lasts 2 month pop in
