Had a lovely relaxing day from Tuesday to Saturday. If you just want to get away from all the hustle and bustle and relax in the comfort of home from home this is a nice place to try. Hope to go back soon as the hot tubs are to die for.

Nice location however the roads around had not been gritted which made walking difficult around despite all the roads around being fine. Cabin was nice however needs a small bit of tlc.

Upon arriving at the site the first thing I noticed was how packed it was. The cabins were so tightly packed in and didn't feel private at all. I had upgraded my lodge from woodland view to woodland view executive having seen the pictures online. Upon arriving at the lodge we noticed that the hot tub appeared to be in a shed with a wall missing to try give some privacy in the overcrowded park. The lodge was nothing like the pictures online. Thread bear carpets very narrow cabin basic looking furniture and a tiny master bedroom. We were so disappointed with the quality of the cabin we moved to another site after complaining to hoseasons.

Advertised as a luxery lodge, but very average accommodation with cheap furniture and kitchen accessories. Dishwasher falling over when you opened it, central heating broke twice, and uncomfortable bed. Hot tub is nice and quiet location. Could be much nicer if they updated the lodges

Stayed in lodge 32 Smallest hot tub in the world not suitable for one person let alone 4, marketed as luxury Lodge which is a bit of a stretch as it was tired in places toilet seat hanging off chunks missing out of worktop not very clean either cut our stay short as we were so dissapointed. We also spoke to reception to be met with complete disinterest. Im sure this is not indicative as the site is lovely maybe we were unlucky and got the wrong lodge but we will not be returning to find out.
