Red Watch attended at my mother's flat yesterday, she had collapsed inside and we needed to get access quickly, they managed to get inside with minimal damage and they looked after her whilst we waited for the ambulance to arrive. They couldn't have been more capable or efficient, dealt calmly with a very emotional situation, I was very thankful for their presence. My mother is now in hospital getting the treatment she needs. Many thanks to all, your help was much appreciated.
Had to call and the brigade was very understanding and helpful in the situation I was in and kindly fitted a safety smoke alarm as well. Cheifess though forgot her helmet and I thought she said her chopperall safe and sound but the plumber has ripped me off taking 255.00 and not completing the job. 204.00 to the previous plumber who wrote a report only. Chemicals being used to inflict damage to my life and the damage caused to property and flooding with water from the above flat no. 4 occupants and the people they have coming in to stay. This is going on through the night and day and afternoon. Chris Wright Erdington plumbing and drainage is the last plumber company I used and he sent a plumber named John around the following morning at ten o'clock Am. Outrageous. I have had to turn off my three stop taps cause the above flat no. 4 is punching holes in the copper pipe and stealing water. And on the second firebrigade attending I was told the fireman was going to turn his water off. And I told the fireman about the chunk of flooring the above flat no. 4 have removed. Then the fireman told me to throw away the buckets full of chemicals and water away so after the firebrigade went I threw the buckets three in total out side my front door at the end of the slab path which was covered in tree leafs and it absolutely stunk of noxious chemicals. The above no.4flat is still doing idiotic things like more chemicals down the ceiling and all my windows are soaking wet from the inside and my front door is warped. I've been left with no water whatsoever. Outrageously outrageous. Fire crew . I decided to send the crew a little thank you very much, sent chocolates and flowers with a vase. And the smoke alarm fitted by the cheifess fell off the ceiling due to the chemicals in the living room area and kitchen.
