Purchasing a bed is a significant commitment which doesn't happen very often - therefore, it's important to get the decision right! We have always used Sussex Bed Centre in the past and visited this time hoping for the same excellent level of service - and this is exactly what we got! Lydia Robinson at the Uckfield branch provided outstanding customer support. She gave her time generously and was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I came in to buy a mattress for a friend. Mark welcomed us and was extremely kind and patient. We were offered several choices and found the perfect one very quickly. An amazing deal for a good firm mattress. Thank you Mark for all your help. I highly recommend Sussex Beds.
The service I received was excellent. The advice I was given was brilliant. There was a relaxed and friendly feeling that made me feel at ease. I never knew buying a bed could be so easy!!
Joshua was incredibly patient and understanding and nothing was too much trouble for him to ensure I had the right divan and mattress to suit my specific requirements. The bed is extremely comfortable and worth the expense.
I came in looking for a new bed, but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so took quite a bit of time choosing, yet I never felt rushed to make a decision. The advice given regarding bed size, type, fabric colour etc was very gratefully received and I think my new bed will look great when it arrives.
The sales staff were friendly and acomodating and always ready with answers and advice. We were most impressed y the fact that we didnt feel preasured by the sales team to buy things we didnt actualy need or want. We felt realy comfortabe working with the team.
went to uckfield shop for new double bed sales man was friendly and helpful first he asked if wanted a mattress or base or both then asked about price range and style of bed then asked about firmness then showed us some we sat on bed but he said no lay down will give you much better feeling which was true and helpful
Marc at the Uckfield branch of Sussex Beds was well-trained and well-informed about the mattresses. I was happy to learn that most of the components are made in Yorkshire, using local wool etc. Also the old mattresses are removed and the elements all recycled. I would certainly recommend the store for friendly and helpful service. I look forward to taking delivery and experiencing a good night's sleep!
Great bright shop. Central location. Excellent product lines. Excellent friendly staff.
The man assisting me was not from that particular branch so inevitably things weren't in what he would have considered to be their normal place. He maintained a professional approach at all times, leaving me to try out various mattresses while he dealt with other customers and returning at appropriate times. He explained the difference between the different mattresses and tried hard to make an expensive purchase as painless as possible.
