Steve was amazing, even though the store was short staffed. He gave up his lunch break to help us. Explained everything clearly to us. Helped my children try the bikes for height suggested both go up a size or 2 to get the best out of the bike. Very friendly. And kind

Away from home visiting relatives and the dreaded "coolant level low" flashed. Went into Halfords and, the very knowledgeable and friendly, Hana came and checked it, recommended the product we needed and generally made a stressful situation much easier to cope with. Thanks Hana

I had to order a petrol cap as none in stock. Told it would take 3 days to come through. A week went by still no text or phone call! Went in and lo and behold it was in a cupboard!
The 2 members of staff that helped fit a dog guard and changed headrests around in my Aygo to allow for a childs car seat were very helpful and kind. They were so positive and problem solving I couldn't of sorted this without their help. Thank you so much!!
