Surrey Docks Farm is a working city farm in the heart of London.

Story

The Farm occupies a 2.2 acre site on the south bank of the river Thames in Rotherhithe.
We have a lovely farmyard with farm animals to meet. A small orchard, working blacksmith and wildlife area.
The farm offers all sorts of courses including - beekeping, young farmers club - yoga (yoga@thefarm) and so much more!

Love love love this gem. Bring the kids or let your inner kid come out to play. They have events happening throughout the year highly recommend a harvest festival or a baby goat feeding session!
My daughter and I had such a lovely time here. She is only 14 months old but she loves to be around animals. Its great that kids can feed and touch animalsexcept pigs and donkeys. There are also some benches to sit on and have lunch, snack. Shame the caffee is closed, but hopefully will open soon.
My daughter 2 loved the animals. We walked around the veg garden talking about how things grow. If you go out the back you are on the thames and can get down to the waters edge. A lovely way to spend an hour or so.
So quaint! Free entry, cute little cafe with books for sale at 50p each. Impressive selection of books!
Lovely little farm with plenty of plants and animals to see. You can buy fresh produce and plants from the farm here and guests can also buy grains to feed the animals with. A fun day out for all the family.
Cute little farm with a lovely cafe and a number of small boutiques selling fresh produce such as eggs, honey and meats. They have a few animals around such a pigs, donkeys, ducks, geese and sheep. It's really nice to see a pocket of countryside with Canary Wharf in the background.
There are a lot of pigeons and I was scared of it, I just went out from the farm promptly. But after this, I saw nice river view.

Great day out near Surrey Quay... a bit of countryside charm in the city; perfect for kids and adults. There is a cafe there which serves brunches and cakes.
