We've been working with Supreme systems for about 3 1/2 years now.  They started with an in-depth review of our systems and their principle is prevention of issues, rather than resolution of problems, e.g. they try to get the system running as well as it can to avoid users having problems that need to be addressed with phone support.  Of course, this is not fully possible but it's refreshing to see this approach.  When it is needed, we generally find their support by phone, remote access and on-site visits is very good.  Their main strength is the people that work for them who are very friendly, amenable and seem to care.  They do seem to go out of their way more than any previous IT support company that we've used.  We've done some bigger projects with them, including server upgrades and changing email solutions and these have generally gone well with no major downtime as they tend to work these in out of hours.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to another company.  I'm updating my review of Supreme Systems to continue my endorsement of them.  Another 3 years has passed and we remain extremely satisfied with their service.  The quality of their advice and staff remains excellent and if anything has improved over the years from an already very high standard.  Regular updates, new innovations and support engineers who understand the real world make this company a pleasure to deal with.  I would continue to strongly recommend them to any prospective business looking to put their IT infrastructure in safe hands.

I've been working with Supreme Systems for over 6 years now and can highly recommend them for IT support in the Birmingham area. Their knowledge, enthusiasm and problem-solving ability is second to none and whilst we've had our fair share of IT problems, they've solved every one of them with minimal issues. They're good value for money too and a definite saving over having our own in-house IT person. Top marks.

We moved to Supreme over 4 years ago and they have been extremely helpful in improving our IT infrastructure.  They are very good at responding and making sure that our systems are working well when there is an issue.  Excellent customer service too.
