Took my laptop to be repaired following a dodgy battery. As I did I had done some work on it previously. They only charged me for a new battery rather than labour. Unfortunately issues continued with the new battery I took it in to be repaired three times over and every time they spent all day repairing it. Lovely guys working there. They don't stop until there's complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend!

Broke the hinge of my laptop and got it fixed without any problem. The engineer is very skilled and experienced at their work. Highly recommended this place if you want to save your money and want the best service.

A while back I brought a PC for diagnosis and repair. It was misdiagnosed as an issue with the nVME. I asked if they plugged it into another system and confirmed it didn't work, they said it didn't. I asked if they plugged an alternative nVME, or anything with an OS to rule out other issues, they confirmed it was still the nVME. It was only after I stuck said nVME into an enclosure and showed that it worked and my own troubleshooting showing it was the CPU, did they acknowledge as such and then offer a different quote for repair. This wasted both of our time. I was referred to them by both a previous customer and another business, so I had high hopes, but this was a poor experience this time around. One additional star for motivating me to take matters into my own hands due to the negative experience.

Problem: Cracked screen on an 18 month old laptop Promised time: 24h Estimated cost: £300 + £95 labour  What I got:  Fixed screen BUT Reformatted computer because they couldn't re-access my laptop I was not counselled this might happen Hinges loose and screen stays up with difficulty Time &gt; 48h Cost - £400 because they were doing me a favour by waiving an additional £85 labour  Although the staff were friendly, that's not really the major issue here. I'll let you make your own decisions on whether this was a good deal, but for me after this experience I can only rate this shop 2 stars

Great experience, took in my laptop with a broken hinge and failed SSD, got both fixed and laptop cleaned for a reasonable price and timeframe

Went in to get my screen fixed only took 10 minutes and the owner was really helpful. Great price at £40.

Came with my phone which won’t turn on, even after plugging it into iTunes. The staff here took the time and effort to investigate and find out the hardware problem. In less than 24 hours of handing my phone in they have deduced the problem and fixed it rather inexpensively. 10/10 would bring broken electronics again

Might be good for phones but hardware ie computers they're not keeping promises. They promised last week  for printer repairs ‐ I'm still waiting. Yesterday,  I was invoiced  for one repair NOT CHEAP.

I've visited Computer Express multiple times for phone repairs, and each time has been fantastic. They've fixed some phones for me, and the results have always been top-notch. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!

These guys did a good job at sorting out my laptop after I came in a year after previously visiting. My laptop now works as it should and they were very helpful. The only thing I would say is that the wait times are pretty long but it's fair enough as they're a busy shop.
